Alpacala Wireless is an independent prepaid wireless dealer and connectivity partner. We provide SIM cards, eSIM solutions, wireless plan activations, and related mobile connectivity services. We are not a facilities-based carrier and do not own or operate a cellular radio access network. Service is delivered on major U.S. carrier networks through authorized wholesale and retail channels, subject to applicable terms and availability.

You may use this website for lawful purposes to learn about our business and contact us. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content in a way that impairs service, or submit false or misleading information.

Website content is provided for general informational purposes. Product availability, pricing, coverage, and activation eligibility are confirmed only through direct communication with our team and are subject to change.

This website does not process payments, create customer accounts, or complete automated activations. Orders and activations are handled offline via phone, email, or other agreed business processes.

Wireless service quality, coverage, speeds, and features depend on the underlying carrier network and the specific plan selected. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific coverage at any location, or compatibility with every device.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official storefront of any particular national wireless carrier unless expressly stated with authorization. References to major U.S. carrier networks describe the networks on which service may be delivered, not ownership of those networks.

Bulk or dealer pricing discussions do not create a binding supply agreement until confirmed in writing by Alpacala Wireless. Credit, volume commitments, and channel restrictions may apply.

Site text, branding, and design elements belonging to Alpacala Wireless are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party trademarks, if ever displayed with authorization, remain the property of their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpacala Wireless is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website or from wireless services provisioned through third-party networks. Our total liability for claims related to website use is limited to the greater of fees you paid us for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim (if any) or one hundred U.S. dollars.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alpacala Wireless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of others’ rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections of your state of residence apply.
